1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Dule.ai (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms and also to the applicable Paddle.com Market Ltd. (“Paddle”) Buyer Terms depending on whether you are a consumer or a business. Paddle is our official Merchant of Record and handles all payment processing on our behalf.
2. Relationship with Paddle
We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles all payments, tax collection, invoicing, and receipts. When you purchase a paid plan, Paddle will present the applicable Buyer Terms during checkout—either for consumers or for businesses. You must select the correct classification. Dule is not responsible for any issues resulting from incorrect selection. Any billing queries, tax invoices, or refund requests will be managed according to Paddle’s terms.

3. Account Creation & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to create an account and use Dule.ai. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in misuse, fraud, or abuse of our service.
4. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations
All payments are processed securely by Paddle. You can choose to pay monthly or annually, and your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting Paddle.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree to use Dule.ai only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm or interfere with others. You must not use the service to send spam, impersonate others, or disrupt calendars or communications. Abuse, excessive use, or behavior that violates the spirit of the service may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Service Availability & Support
We aim to keep Dule.ai available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. From time to time, we may experience outages or perform scheduled maintenance. For support, users can reach us anytime via the in-app chat button. If no one is immediately available, you may leave your email and we will get back to you as soon as possible. While we do our best to respond quickly, we aim to reply within 24 hours.
7. Data, Privacy & Security
We are committed to protecting your personal data. When you use Dule.ai, we collect and process certain data, including calendar access and email metadata, to help deliver and improve the service. All data is encrypted in transit.
