You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase for any reason. This applies to all first-time purchases and subscription renewals.

Exclusions
Refunds are not issued for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or purchases made via offline or bulk invoicing.
Refund Processing
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timelines vary based on Paddle’s refund processing policies:
- Credit/debit cards: typically 3–5 business days
- PayPal: usually within 48 hours
All refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy.
Subscriptions and Cancellations
You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future charges. We don’t refund unused time unless it’s within the 30-day window.
EU Digital Content Notice
If you’re located in the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days of purchase. However, if you choose to start using our service immediately, you waive this right to withdraw. This waiver is collected at the time of purchase.
