    • The ability to create secondary calendars on your Google Calendar account
  • Communication Data: Emails you send to our service addresses (ending in “@dule.ai”) and their contents.

Paddle as Merchant of Record

Dule.ai uses Paddle.com as its Merchant of Record for all paid transactions. Buyers contract directly with Paddle for payment processing, not with Dule.ai. Depending on your location, your agreement is with:

  • Paddle.com Inc. (U.S. buyers)
  • Paddle Payments Ltd. or Paddle.com Market Ltd. (non-U.S. buyers)

Payment and Buyer Data Handling

All payment-related data (such as name, email address, billing address, VAT/GST number, last four digits of card, and IP address) is collected and processed by Paddle. Dule.ai only receives the information necessary for product fulfilment and customer support.

Paddle is responsible for fraud prevention, tax compliance, and PCI-DSS compliance as part of its role as the Merchant of Record.

Use of Google Analytics

  • Calendar Data: We access your calendar information to help schedule events, manage appointments, and create secondary calendars for administrative purposes. We do not share this data with other third parties.

We use this data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Services

  • Assist with scheduling and managing your calendar
  • Personalize your experience

Data Storage and Security

  • We store your data in secure cloud environments using AWS services including DynamoDB and S3.
  • Sensitive private data and email contents analyzed by Dule.ai are secured and stored temporarily in AWS S3 for the duration required for the functioning of the app. This data is not stored long-term.
  • We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
  • We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services and as required by law.
